The Gospel of Mark, Pt. 4

In part 4 of our series in Mark's gospel, we come to the brief passage describing Jesus' baptism, which automatically raises the question - why did Jesus get baptized with by John the Baptist, if Jesus had no sin of which to repent?

Throughout this message, we'll examine the expression of the Trinity in this passage, as well as the examples set for us by Christ, who was perfectly obedient to the Father and who set forth his fulfillment of all righteousness on our behalf. Therefore, when we come to faith in Jesus, our baptism is in following Jesus' example, while also being identified with the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ.
