What is often considered a highly contentious topic, especially in modern culture, is actually one of the most beautiful teachings in Scripture. A truly counter-cultural, yet powerful context of mutual submission mentioned in Ephesians 5:21 is the command for wives to submit to their husbands in all things.

Through this teaching in Ephesians 5:22-24, we see that a submissive wife reveals true gospel transformation, ratifies divine authority, and reflects a biblical ecclesiology, all to the glory of God.
